Standard Plan
The Client agrees to pay Lawix Inc. an annual membership fee of $1,188. Business Membership

The business Client agrees to pay Lawix Inc. anmonthlymembership fee of $299, if paid in full at the time of signup.The client shall be entitled to a minimum discount of fifteen percent (15%) from Lawix Inc.’s regular hourly rates. This business plan includes Twelve (12) times free 30-minute legal consultation sessionsand the following services, each of which may be used once (1) only:

Licensed Professional Membership

The licensed professional Client, upon verification by Lawix Inc., shall be eligible to enroll in this membership. The Client agrees to pay a membership fee, which may be paid on a monthly basis or annually if paid in full at the time of enrollment. The membership includes two (2) free consultations per year. Premium services are not included but may be purchased separately, with pricing to be determined on a case-by-case basis. The Client shall also be entitled to a minimum discount of fifteen percent (15%) from Lawix Inc.’s regular hourly rates.

The Client agrees to make payments using one of the following methods:

  1. Credit Card – subject to a five percent (5%) service charge applied to each payment.

  2. Zelle Payment – no additional service charge.

The Client agrees to maintain valid payment details with Lawix Inc. and authorizes Lawix Inc. to charge or collect the applicable fee through the chosen method.

If any monthly installment is not received within fifteen (15) days after the due date, the Client’s account will be deemed in default, and the provisions of Section 3.4 (Termination by Lawix Inc.) shall apply.
